After a person has been assigned to perform their community service hours at the Rose Garden you must present an introduction letter that you will deliver to me before you can work at the Rose Garden.

If you do not have the introduction letter you must provide me with your probation officers name so that I may confirm your community service hours. You will also need to supply your own time sheets and be responsible for that paperwork. You must present a time sheet each time you come to the Rose Garden.

You cannot enter any of the houses before I interview you and assign you to any duties. You cannot have anyone who doesn't have the authority to give you your hours. If you do I will not acknowledge it.

Those who are approved to sign your time sheets are as follows:

Sherri Slaton
Roger Pirkle
Arleen Williams

If your time sheets are signed by anyone other than those listed above you will not get credit for any hours you claim to have worked. This will avoid any confusion and/or deceptions.

If you are going to work on the weekends you must first make arrangements with me so that I can notify the staff in advance. During the week you must also make arrangements so that one of us will be there to assign you your duties.

Sherri Slaton,
Executive Director
