The Rose Garden caters to the mentally challenged who are without resources and are in need of assistance. We are not a homeless shelter. We strive to meet the needs of the mentally challenged to keep them off the streets. We also work with those on parole and/or probation regardless of the conviction. We provide assistance in obtaining disability benefits and give referrals to the HELP Center, MHMR, the V.A., the Food Stamp office and/or other agencies to ensure that their needs are being addressed. Requirements for entering our facility are: 1) If you are not in compliance with taking your psychotropic medications you must make an appointment with MHMR first and foremost. 2) You must abide by the rules of the facility. 3) You cannot use drugs, alcohol and/or commit any crimes. 4) You will have to sign a release of information so that I can make referrals on your behalf. 5) You must be at least 18 years of age. 6)  You cannot have any active warrants.    The Rose Garden is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for intake assessments.
